Service Description

The “STEP #2 - Comprehensive Design” Package involves a pre-paid Design & Programming Fee as shown in the Service Menu, and includes: - Additional In-Home Comprehensive Design Consultations and presentation of samples, finishes, options & strategies as needed to fully articulate the Client’s ultimate vision for their space. - Precise Field-Measure & Photography of Project Space(s) - Complete, In-Home, Professional Interior Design Presentation based on fulfillment of Project Brief, consisting of: • Presentation of detailed Interior Design Autocad Drawings including floorplans, elevations, reflected ceiling plan, and detail drawings as needed to convey the Project Design Details to Client, Contractor, & Bldg Dept. • Specification of all Casework, Cabinetry, & Countertops as needed to fulfill the Project Brief. • Specification & Schedules for all necessary appliances, equipment, fixtures, fittings, and finishes needed in order to fulfill the Project Brief. - Finalized Budget Proposal Package with detailed bids for Products, Materials, Equipment & Labor necessary to fulfill the project brief. - Client Digital Copy of All Drawings, Proposals, Specifications & Schedules, in pdf format, suitable for printing, bidding, & permit applications. -Please note that no PRODUCTS are included in the Design Fee. The “STEP #2 – Comprehensive Design” Fee shall be applied toward a maximum of 10% of the purchase price of: * Any Cabinetry Order, OR * Any Casework Order, OR * Any Appliance Order, WHEN ordered through The Palmer Design Group, Inc. within 60 days. - Design fees are non-refundable.
