Initial Bathroom Measure & Consultation

Service Description

The “STEP #1- Initial Consultation” involves a modest fee as shown on the service menu, which is pre-paid at booking and includes the following: * 1-Hour, In-Home, Professional Design Consultation. * Field-Measure for Lineal-Foot Budget Estimate. * An evaluation of the Project Space, challenges, & opportunities. * Discussion of the client’s overall Project Goals and budget. * Exploration of various Design Approaches & schemes for the space. * Presentation of products, samples, styles, materials, & finish options available. * Discussion of available options for appliances, lighting, flooring, fixures, & countertops. * An approximate “Budget Estimate” for materials and installation, based on approximate square-footage, or lineal footage, as well as preliminary site conditions. * Please note that no PRODUCTS are included in the initial fee. The “STEP #1 - Initial Consultation” Fee shall be applied toward a maximum of 10% of the total purchase price of: * Any Cabinetry Order, OR * Any Casework Order, OR * Any Appliance Order, WHEN ordered through The Palmer Design Group, Inc. within 60 days. * Design Fees are non-refundable.
