Dream-Green Home Design Consultation The “Initial Green Home Consultation” involves a modest fee as shown on the service menu, which is pre-paid at booking, is applied to purchases, and includes the following: - 2-Hour, In-Home, Consultation with our LEED AP HOME Accredited Design Professional. - An evaluation of the Interior and Exterior of the Project Space. - Assessment of the Site’s Challenges & Opportunities surrounding: - Interior & Exterior Energy usage, Reduction Opportunities, & On-Site production potential. - Interior & Exterior Water Usage, Reduction Opportunities, & On-Site harvest / re-use options. - Opportunities for Landscape & Hardscape Solutions which Support the Reduction of Energy & Water Usage. - Articulation of the Client’s Project Goals, Vision, and Budget. - Presentation of Strategies, Technologies, Systems, & Products which would best fulfill the Project Brief. - Development of a Coordinated Design Scheme incorporating all of the various Re-Greening Approaches & Solutions to be implemented throughout the Home & Garden. - Presentation of Product samples, Styles, Materials, Finishes, & Other Options available to fulfill the Project Brief.. - A “Budget Estimate” for all Products, Materials, & Installations, (based on approximate square-footage, or lineal footage, as well as preliminary site conditions, species selections, etc.) - Estimates are Presented in a sequential manner, which allows the Project to be implemented incrementally, as budget allows, toward the ultimate fulfillment of the entire Project Brief. - Please note that no PRODUCTS are included in Design fees. - Consultation Fees are non-refundable Our intention is to ensure that our strategies, designs and products will completely satisfy our clients' Project Brief.
