Initial Interior Design Consultation

Service Description

The “STEP #1- Initial Consultation” involves a modest fee as shown on the service menu, which is pre-paid at booking and includes the following: * 1-Hour, In-Home, Professional Design Consultation. * Field-Measure and photography of the existing conditions. * An evaluation of the Project Space, challenges, & opportunities. * Discussion of the client’s overall Project Goals and budget. * Exploration of various Design Approaches & schemes for the space. * Presentation of products, samples, styles, materials, & finish options available. * Discussion of available options for lighting, millwork, floorcoverings, draperies, upholstered furniture, area rugs, et cetera. * An approximate “Budget Estimate” for materials based on 3-tier budgeting tool and client interview. * Please note that no PRODUCTS or LABOR are included in the initial fee. * Design Fees are nonprefundable.
